Heat exchange

Heat exchangers

Pasteurizer

For wine, beer and juice. From 500 to 2,500 l/h, thermal precision ± 1.5 °C, heat recovery up to 80%.

Sanitary water heating and treatment unit

300, 500 or 800-litre boiler on a stainless steel skid, with 2-micron prefiltration. Optional automatic softener.

Cross-flow filtration from 20 to 160 m² with PLC and touch screen: no operator needed during the cycle.

Dynamic rotary filter

Rotating 0.2-micron ceramic discs for clarification lees, flotation lees and cross-flow residues. No filter aids. Pat. appl. no. TV2013A000032.

Dynamic clarifier (flotation unit)

Flotation of must and juice with air or nitrogen, from 50 to 700 hl/h. Works by pump-over or by transfer from tank to tank.

Frontal membrane filter

Frontal membrane filtration with back-wash, 2,000 or 4,000 l/h. Change the pore size simply by replacing the cartridges.

Automatic isobaric filler

Simultaneous filling of 2 bottles of beer, sparkling wine or carbonated drinks. PLC-managed phases, 200 bottles/h.

Manual isobaric filler for large formats

Single-tap monobloc for sparkling wine, beer and soft drinks in 1.5 to 9-litre bottles.

Isobaric sampler

Takes bottle samples from a pressure tank, for 0.5 to 1.5-litre bottles.

Bag-in-box filling machine

BAGY, compact and automatic in 4 steps with nitrogen saturation, 40 hl/h. ECO, semi-automatic for under 5,000 bag-in-boxes a year.

Manual large-size capper

For bottles, two-litre bottles and magnums, with natural and synthetic corks up to 60 mm × Ø 40 mm. Stainless frame, fully dismantlable.

Filterability index test device

Instrument that automatically calculates the modified filterability index and the maximum filterable volume.

Nitrogen reduction control unit

Progressively saturates the headspace of the tank with inert nitrogen. Wall-mounted.
