Dosing unit for oenological products

Wheeled stainless steel structure comprising

• Cylindrical tank in transparent, UV-resistant high-density polyethylene, capacity 230 l, filling port with vent, external graduated scale and screw lid; specific version for products with specific gravity up to 1.6. Dimensions Ø 610 mm, h 870 mm. Complete with 20 mm PP support for pump and stirrer, and level probe with PVC tube.
• 0.18 kW slow stirrer with AISI 304 stainless steel shaft and impeller, worm gear reducer, 4-blade impeller pitched at 45°.
• Electromechanical piston dosing pump with spring return; manual flow adjustment 0–100% by varying the piston stroke; oil-bath gear reducer in a die-cast aluminium casing with epoxy coating.
• Electrical panel controlling pump and stirrer.
