Fixed and removable stirrers
AEX, portable, fitted and removed with the tank full. ALFX, side-entry with gear reducer, for large tanks or viscous products.
AEX removable stirrer
Removable stirrers can be fitted to or taken off full tanks at any time: the retractable propeller shaft allows frontal application and insertion of the stirrer.
All parts in contact with the product are stainless steel, meeting every corrosion-resistance requirement. A special mechanical seal guarantees stable operation in continuous duty at pressures up to 10 bar.
All AEX models are portable; a transport and support trolley is available on request.
ALFX fixed stirrer with gear reducer
Standard series of side-entry stirrers for large storage tanks or viscous products.
The ALFX series uses a worm gear motor and a mechanical seal immersed in the product, far from the motor, so that the product is not overheated.
High-flow impellers give, for the same power, the same flow rate as other stirrers at a lower speed, extending the life of the seal and of the mechanical parts.
