Frontal membrane filter
Frontal membrane filtration with back-wash, 2,000 or 4,000 l/h. Change the pore size simply by replacing the cartridges.
Membrane filtration unit: frontal filtration with back-wash.
The machine has 2 electric pumps: a self-priming feed pump driven by inverter and a centrifugal pump used only for washing. The microfiltration membrane is polypropylene, wound on a protective interspace, and can be regenerated several times by chemical washing with caustic soda (max 4%).
Alarm control for minimum product flow and transmembrane pressure difference. Unit on a wheeled frame. Electrical panel with touch screen and PLC managing every phase of the cycle.
Easy to run, versatile and practical: to change the filtration pore size you only replace the filter cartridges, with no work on the structure.
