Semi-automatic rinser, filler and seamer monobloc

Made entirely of stainless steel, on adjustable feet. Semi-automatic management of: rinsing of a single can, simultaneous inert-gas saturation of two cans, simultaneous filling of two cans, lid seaming of a single can.

Rinser

The operator places the can upside down on the rinsing cup; a sensor detects it and automatically opens the water, which shuts off when the can is removed.

Filler

The operator places two cans in their supports and presses start. The machine lifts the cans to the filling position, saturates them with inert gas and opens the filling valves. Two independent flow meters check that the right quantity of product goes into each can. Once filling is complete the cans return automatically to the starting position. Filling must be done with the product at max 2 °C and a pressure of 1/1.8 bar.

Seamer

The operator places the lid on the can, sets the can on the seaming support and presses start. The machine lifts the can; the motor keeps it rotating while two rollers fold the lid for a perfectly hermetic seal. When the operation is complete the can returns to the starting position.

The filling and seaming sections have independent safety light barriers that stop every automatic operation if the operator crosses them during a cycle.
