Automatic filling and closing monobloc

Built entirely of stainless steel, on wheels or adjustable feet. Automatic management of: simultaneous inert-gas (CO₂) saturation of 4 cans, simultaneous filling of 4 cans, lid seaming.

Filling

The cans move automatically on the conveyor under the saturation and filling stations: 8 cans are handled at once, 4 being saturated and 4 being filled. With the cans in position, the valves descend into them automatically. Four independent flow meters check the quantity of product in each can; the saturation time is set by the operator. When filling is complete the valves rise and the cans move on to the closing station.

Closing

The lid drops automatically onto the can, which moves to a station that checks the lid position and then to the seamer. The machine lifts the can; a motor keeps it rotating while two rollers fold the lid for a perfectly hermetic seal. The can is then sent to the outfeed. If no cans arrive, the station stays in stand-by.

The filling and closing stations have safety light barriers that stop every automatic operation if the operator crosses them during a cycle.
