Semi-automatic seamer
Seamer for 202CDL lids, 33 and 50 cl cans, 150 to 300 cans/h. All stainless steel.
Made entirely of stainless steel, on adjustable feet.
The operator places the lid on the can, sets the can on the seaming support and presses start. The machine lifts the can; the motor keeps it rotating while two rollers fold the lid for a perfectly hermetic seal. When the operation is complete the can returns automatically to the starting position.
The seaming area has independent safety light barriers that stop every automatic operation if the operator crosses them while the lid is being closed.
